Our Model of Care

Ground & Grow operates as a practicum training site for emerging therapists in the final stage of their graduate clinical education.

Our model of care is grounded in three core commitments: supervision, accessibility, and relational integrity. Student clinicians provide therapy at reduced fees while receiving ongoing supervision and case consultation with Registered Psychotherapists, ensuring that client care remains thoughtful, accountable, and professionally held.

The practice is directed by Daniela Garcia, Expressive Arts Therapist, Practicum Director, and faculty member at The CREATE Institute. Her experience in clinical education and practicum leadership informs the structure and integrity of Ground & Grow’s model of care.

Making Therapy Accessible

Accessibility is not an afterthought at Ground & Grow; it is a guiding value.

We believe that meaningful psychotherapy should be available to individuals who might otherwise find care financially out of reach. By operating as a supervised practicum site, we are able to offer therapy at reduced rates while maintaining strong clinical oversight and professional standards.

Our model is rooted in the belief that quality care and accessibility can coexist.

We are committed to expanding access to thoughtful, relational psychotherapy without compromising integrity, supervision, or depth of work.
